Overview
This project is a domain-specific AI assistant that works like a personalised ChatGPT for finance. Users upload invoices, statements, P&L reports and spreadsheets, and the agent turns them into structured data they can question in plain language.
Invoices are extracted into structured records (invoice number, state, date and amount) that can be totalled and charted, while other finance documents are read for context-aware Q&A. Users can ask things like 'Give the total tax from all invoices' or 'Show state-wise sales as a pie chart' and get instant answers and visualisations.
It is designed for finance teams, accountants and business owners who want faster insight from their documents without manual spreadsheet work. The team built the agent architecture, LLM integration, prompt and context handling, financial use cases and response optimisation.
